She taught for a local public school district as a middle school, 5th grade, and then a Reading Specialist teacher for 11 years. Joanne received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and 2 Master’s degrees- Education Administration and Literacy Specialist. She also worked as a groom and exercise rider with at Fairmount racetrack. We have always had a connection with animals, I (Hector Feller)was a professional thoroughbred racehorse trainer, while my wife Joanne worked at Alexandria Animal Hospital (in the Emergency Animal Medicine Unit) through Veterinary Technician college. If you know our story & have worked with us you’ll know we treat our animals as our own children and it is far from being just a business.
We are a family of 4, I Hector Feller, my wife Joanne Feller and our two lovely daughters of the ages 12 and 15. This is a family controlled business which is being manage by the Feller Family.
